Do we ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is FREE!

Where is my product being shipped from?

We ship from our warehouse in Madison, Wisconsin.
House of Ginkgo uses USD as shop currency.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (of a business day) upon payment. An e-mail notification will be provided with tracking information. Deliveries within the United States take an average of 2-4 days. International orders can take up to 8-10 days. We ship all orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, please let us know and we will make necessary shipping arrangements.  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

I would like to return my product.

We do not offer refunds after the order has shipped, unless it arrives defective. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we may be able to cancel your order and refund your money!

Can I return my product for a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds unless the product arrives defective. In this case, we are happy to reship a brand new product or will provide a refund. If there are defects, please inform us within thirty days of receiving product. The watch must be returned in the same packaging and conditions as you have received. We offer free shipment, but charge a fee to return shipment.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
We offer a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase.
